KP “Budućnost” a.d. Laktaši performs regular production and delivery of thermal energy to all service users. The production of heat is done by boilers located in the basement of the Laktaši municipality building, and they use fuel oil as the energy source.
The heating season lasts for a total of 6 months, starting on October 15 of the current year and ending on April 15 of the following year.
The total number of users connected to the district heating system is 63, of which 55 are households (flats) and 8 business premises.
During 2019, the purchase of heating boilers was carried out with the repair of existing equipment, which resolved the long-standing problem with the functioning of the heating system, since the old boiler plants were worn out and there was no longer a technical and economic justification for their maintenance.
