You can file a claim on the invoice within 8 days from the day of receipt of the invoice, and no later than within 30 days from the date of issue thereof.

 

The complaint must be submitted in writen form and must contain the following information: name and surname of the user that complains, address of residence, telephone number, user ID, address of the facility connected to the water supply and/or sewerage network and to which the claimed invoice relates, number and date of issue of the claimed invoice, described reason for complaint, date of the complaint and signature of the complainant.
